Your consent to calls and texts

If you check the calls and texts consent box on one of our forms, you expressly agree that LIMESTONE GROUP LLC d/b/a Limestone Advance, its funding partners and their service providers may contact you at the phone number(s) you provide, including any mobile number, by live calls, calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages (SMS/MMS), about your application, your agreement or account, the partner program, and related products and services. This consent applies even if your number is on a federal, state or internal do-not-call list.

Consent is not a condition

You are not required to give this consent as a condition of applying, receiving funding, partnering with us or purchasing any product or service. You can still apply or contact us without it, for example by calling or emailing us directly.

Revoking consent

You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, telling us during a call, emailing subs@limestoneadvance.com or calling (914) 393-6772. We will honor your request within the time required by law. We may still contact you as permitted by law, for example about an existing agreement by live, manually dialed calls, and we may send one text confirming your opt-out.

Your number

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of each number you provide and are authorized to give this consent. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to tell us promptly. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance, as permitted by law.
