Authorization

By checking the authorization box on our application form, signing an application, or submitting a partner application, you authorize LIMESTONE GROUP LLC d/b/a Limestone Advance, its funding partners, agents, successors and assigns (together, "Limestone Advance") to obtain and use information about the business and each owner and guarantor, including:

• business credit reports and personal (consumer) credit reports and scores, from one or more credit reporting agencies;
• public records, including liens, judgments, UCC filings, bankruptcies, litigation and criminal history where permitted by law;
• identity, background and fraud-prevention checks;
• verification of bank accounts, deposits and balances with your bank or a bank-verification service;
• information from references, landlords, payment processors, other funders and creditors, and the broker or ISO that referred you; and
• any other information reasonably needed to verify the information you provide.

You confirm that you are authorized to give this authorization on behalf of the business and that each owner and guarantor whose information is included has agreed to it. This authorization is your written instruction, under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, for us to obtain consumer reports for these purposes.

Purposes

We use this information to evaluate the application, verify information, prevent fraud, decide whether and on what terms to enter into an agreement, and, if an agreement is signed, to review, service, monitor and enforce it and collect amounts owed. This authorization continues for the life of any agreement and any renewal, and for as long as amounts remain owed, and permits updated reports for those purposes.

Credit inquiries

Our review may include soft inquiries, which do not affect credit scores, and, where needed, hard inquiries, which may. On request, we will tell you whether a consumer report was obtained and, if so, the name and address of the credit reporting agency that provided it.

If we decline

If we decline an application based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, we will provide any notice required by law, including the name of the reporting agency and your right to obtain a free copy of your report and to dispute its accuracy with the agency.

Fair treatment

Limestone Advance does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age (provided the applicant can contract), receipt of public assistance, the exercise in good faith of rights under applicable consumer-protection laws, or any other basis prohibited by law.
